Founder & Managing Attorney
Mario Simonyan founded ESQgo® to solve a problem most traditional law firms were not built to address: the growing gap between legal strategy and the operational realities of modern eCommerce.
Before practicing law, Mario built and exited two seven-figure Amazon businesses. That firsthand experience gives him a perspective few attorneys can offer. He understands what marketplace disruption actually looks like from the operator’s side—how unauthorized sellers affect pricing integrity, how listing abuse impacts conversion, and how weak enforcement can erode brand value over time.
That experience shaped ESQgo’s approach.
Under Mario’s leadership, ESQgo has evolved into a marketplace-focused law firm serving eCommerce brands facing unauthorized resellers, copycats, channel-control issues, and broader marketplace abuse. His work sits at the intersection of intellectual property, marketplace enforcement, and commercial strategy.
Mario’s legal background in intellectual property, combined with his practical understanding of marketplace operations, allows him to approach enforcement differently than traditional firms. The result is a legal practice built for brands operating in fast-moving digital channels, not legacy legal models.
He has represented clients in complex intellectual property disputes, Amazon-related arbitrations, TTAB proceedings, and marketplace enforcement matters, and has helped shape ESQgo’s structured enforcement programs for modern consumer brands.
